CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
Libby is the Customer Services Manager who keeps everything running smoothly. Since 2007 she has been the backbone of the day- to-day stuff – answering phones, providing quotes, managing enquires, sourcing overseas stock, and organising the guys alongside Sean and Andrew.
Libby’s role involves keeping things running smoothly from a procurement perspective – finding the right parts and equipment and ensuring the guys have everything they need on and off-site. It’s a 24/7 commitment, as customers call at any time.
